Each 1 hour phone consultation is tailored to fit your health goals.  We will discuss nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, fitness, hydration, as well as emotional, spiritual, and structural balance.  I may make recommendations for other health practices or modalities that will help set you up for success, as well any other pieces of the puzzle that need to be addressed.  I may utilize Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, which is an effective way to measure the mineral content of the hair to determine deficiencies and chemical/toxic metals exposure.  My goal is to provide you with all the tools and support you need to take your health to the next level.  


initial consultation $145 (90 minutes)

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to diet or exercise. Since we are all biochemically unique, what works for one person isn’t necessarily right for another. It is important for me to fully understand each individual’s specific goals and lifestyle, as well as current physical and emotional health.  I will send you a new client intake form to fill out prior to our first appointment and will spend the first session getting to know you and understand your health goals.  We will work together to formulate a plan that works for you.


Single Session $110 (60 minutes)

4 Session package $400

Whether your goal is to lose weight, reverse disease, change your eating habits, or follow a healthier lifestyle, becoming accountable can increase your chance of success. If you know we’ll be talking each week, you will be more likely to follow through with your goals. We'll look at what has worked for you and what hasn't, and make changes accordingly.

Private sessions allow you to work on what makes sense for you at your own pace, help you create a strong foundation, and learn to practice safely.  Private lessons are perfect for those who are new to yoga or don’t feel comfortable in a group class or for those who prefer not to practice in large groups.  A foundation of breath and body awareness will help you achieve your goals whether your desire is to reduce stress, ease pain, build core strength, or gain greater flexibility and mobility.
